Movin is a private platform, owned and operated by Movin staff, we focus on second-hand buy and sales platform for expats moving in or moving out of China find what they need.
By accessing, interacting with Movin services and mobile app or ant associated content and posting, you agree to the Terms of Use (TOU). Privacy, prohibited items and general rules are referenced below and that you.
The TOU may be updated at any time at our sole discretion to improve experiences and abide by regulations and it is your responsibility to periodically check for updates and are bound by them as you continue to use Movin.
Movin is a free platform to the general community unless otherwise stated.
Movin generates income from businesses and organizations through the rental of space on the platform in the form of strategically placed advertisements or as an advertisement within the services section of the platform.
By using Movin, you agree that your personal data, may be used to assist with keeping the service free for users by creating advertisement opportunities within the platform.

Advertisers may request a certain audience for the ads for which will appear within the Movin advertisement space.
Movin gives all registered users the options for deleting their profile and by that removing any personal information previously provided.
If you agree to the TOU and
(1) are of sufficient age and capacity to use Movin and be bound by the TOU
(2) use Movin on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the TOU
You agree not to display, "frame," make derivative works, distribute, license, or sell, content from Movin, excluding postings you create.
You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully paid/sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and make derivative works from content you post.
Unless licensed by us in a separate written or electronic agreement, you agree not to use or provide software (except our App) or services that interact or interoperate with Movin, e.g. for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, flagging, emailing, searching, or mobile use.
You agree not to copy/collect Movin content via robots, spiders, scripts or scrapers.
Misleading, unsolicited, and/or unlawful postings/communications/accounts are prohibited, as is buying or selling accounts.
(1)You agree not to post content that is prohibited by any of Movin's policies or rules referenced in (Prohibited Content).
(2)You agree not to abuse Movin's flagging or reporting processes.
(3)You agree not to collect Movin user information or interfere with Movin.
(4)You agree we may moderate Movin access/use in our sole discretion, e.g., by blocking, filtering, re-categorizing, re-ranking, deleting, delaying, holding, omitting, verifying, or terminating your access/license/account.
(5)You agree not to bypass said moderation.
(6)You agree we are not liable for moderating or not moderating.
(7)You agree nothing we say or do waives our right to moderate, or not. Unless licensed by us in a separate written or electronic agreement,
(8)You agree not to rent, lease, sell, publish, distribute, license, sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise make available Movin or our application programming interface (API)
(9)You agree not to copy, adapt, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, localize, port or modify the App, the API, any website code, or any software used to provide Movin
(10)You agree not to combine or integrate Movin or the API with any software, technology, services, or materials not authorized by us
(11)You agree not to circumvent any functionality that controls access to or otherwise protects Movin or the API
(12)You agree not to remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices.
(13)You agree not to use Movin or the API in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law.
Paid postings and advertisements, you authorize Movin to charge your account. Any tax is additional. Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, omit, re-categorize, re-rank, or otherwise moderate. We may refuse any posting if seen unfit or an infringement to Movin rules or local law.
To the full extent permitted by law, Movin, and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates.
(1)Make no promises, warranties, or representations as to Movin, including its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability.
(2)Provide Movin on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and any risk of using Movin is assumed by you.
(3)Disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and all warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
(4)Disclaim any liability or responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of you or any party in connection with Movin. Movin Entities are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related to Movin
You agree to
(1)Submit to the personal jurisdiction of local jurisdiction.
(2)Indemnify and hold Movin Entities harmless from any Claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from a third party and relate to your use of Movin.
(3)Be liable and responsible for any claims we may have against your officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or any other party, directly or indirectly, paid, directed or controlled by you, or acting for your benefit.
Movin, and movin logo are registered trademarks with the Chinese. Patent and Trademark Office.
Movin, prohibits the posting of content specified below. Movin reserves the rights to remove any posts that we deem are in of breach of these rules and proper actions will be taken to any that are of serious nature.

(2)Exploitation or endangerment of minor
(3)Pornography or sexual services
(4)Recalled items, chemicals, hazardous materials, body parts and fluids
(5)Drugs, medicine and related items
(6)Endangered or protected animals and products from animals e.g ivory
(7)Stolen property, licenses, fraudulent goods, personal information
(8)Lottery and gambling items
(9)Offensive and malicious posts
(10)False, misleading and deceptive posts
(11)Food and supplements.
